Air tightness result 4.575 Air changes per hour (at 50 Pa, n50 [/h] is 4.575).

Energy Measures included in this upgrade are:

  • Internal walls dry lined,
  • Floor Insulation,
  • Underfloor Heating,
  • New windows & Door,
  • Heat Pump,
  • Demand Control Ventilation,
  • Attic insulation,
  • Tile vents,
  • Eco Design ready stove installed,
  • Sola also provided Energy monitoring to keep track of the energy usage.

This project was 50% SEAI funded through Energy Communities Tipperary.
