Measures included in this upgrade are:
- Replacement of all windows and doors
- Replacement of the oil-fired boiler with an 8.5kW air to water heat pump
- Under floor heating to the ground floor
- Alu Rads to first floor
- Attic Insulation
- Demand controlled ventilation system
- Solar PV Panels
- Wood burning stove
- Energy Monitoring System
