Sola began works on one of Dermot Bannon’s 2019 Room to Improve homes.

Measures included in this upgrade are:

  • Replacement of all windows and doors
  • Replacement of the oil-fired boiler with an 8.5kW air to water heat pump
  • Under floor heating to the ground floor
  • Rads to first floor
  • Attic Insulation
  • Cavity
  • Demand controlled ventilation system
  • Solar PV Panels
  • Energy Monitoring System
