Sola began works on another one of Dermot Bannon’s Room to Improve homes in 2021.

Measures included in this upgrade are:

Replacement of all windows and doors
Replacement of the oil-fired boiler with an 11.2kW Air to Water heat pump
Under floor heating to the ground floor
Rads to first floor
Floor Insulation
Internal wall Insulation
Flat roof
Attic Insulation
Cavity
Demand controlled ventilation system
Solar PV Panels
Energy Monitoring System
